Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage LiquidLM uses, and how you control them. We do not store non-essential cookies until you accept them.

What cookies and storage we use

We group browser storage into three categories. Only strictly-necessary storage runs before you make a choice; anything in a consent-gated category is off until you opt in.

Strictly necessary

Required for the service to work; exempt from prior consent.

  • Authentication: a session refresh cookie and a short-lived sign-in cookie that keep you logged in.
  • Security / anti-abuse: cookies set by Cloudflare (including the challenge that protects sign-up).

Functional / preference

Remember your choices; they are not used for tracking.

  • Theme (light/dark) preference.
  • Navigation state (such as a collapsed sidebar).
  • Language preference.
  • Invitation tokens used to complete a vault or organization invite.

Analytics & marketing

We use Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate usage measurement. It is consent-gated: off by default, it loads only after you opt in via the consent banner, and it honors your browser's Do Not Track signal. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

  • Google Analytics — _ga and _ga_* cookies for usage measurement, set only after you opt into analytics.

Managing your choices

You can accept or change non-essential categories through the cookie banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Disabling strictly-necessary storage may stop the service from working.
